Engineering demonstration
What an observable integration workflow looks like.
This is an internal concept demonstration, not client work or a production case study. It shows how a team can see failed records, retry safely and avoid processing an already completed record twice.
Try the order-sync workflow
Internal demonstration using synthetic records and browser state. No customer system, payment service or external API is connected. Reloading resets the demo.
| Order | Customer | Sync status |
|---|---|---|
| DEMO-101 | Sample customer A | Queued |
| DEMO-102 | Sample customer B | Queued |

What a production implementation additionally needs
The interactive example stores state only in your browser. A real integration needs authenticated endpoints, persistent idempotency keys, durable jobs, bounded retries, access controls, alerting and reconciliation. Source and destination field mappings must be agreed before release.
Acceptance checks
- A repeated event does not create a duplicate order.
- A failed destination is visible and can be retried.
- Only authorised users can access records and replay actions.
- Unexpected payloads are rejected and discrepancies can be reconciled.
No client logos, testimonials or outcome metrics are presented here. Client case studies will be published only with verifiable evidence and permission.
